If there is any defect in product, product can be returned. We will arrange the
pickup of product from your address at our cost.

can opt for a replacement or refund.

If there is no defect in product, but you would like to replace it. We can
arrange the pickup, you need to pay pickup cost of Rs. 60/- for each item. You
can opt only for a replacement.

Return request can be placed only at our portal Hoori.in.

Return request should be made within 2 days of receipt of product.

If you are buying a readymade kurti set or any other stitched item and size is
not fit on you, we will offer you replacement without any additional shipping
cost so that you can buy readymade items without any doubt.

It will be sole discretion of Hoori for the decision on return request.
7.
If returned product is wrong or product not matched with our product which we
sent to buyer. We cannot accept those returns.
